Frequently asked questions
Cannot find your answer? Call the office or send us a message.
Is the valuation really free?
Yes. An agent visits, looks at the home and the recent sales nearby, and sends you a written valuation. There is no cost and no obligation to list with us.
How long does it take to sell?
Our homes find a buyer in 19 days on average. From an accepted offer to the keys it usually takes six to ten weeks.
When do I pay your fee?
Only when the sale completes. If your home does not sell, you pay nothing, and there is no tie-in contract.
Can I view homes in the evening or at the weekend?
Yes. We show homes on weekday evenings until 8pm and on Saturdays, and on Sunday mornings by appointment.
Do you help with mortgages?
We work with independent mortgage advisers who can give you a mortgage in principle within a day. Our calculator gives you a first idea of the monthly cost.
What do tenants pay?
The rent and a deposit of five weeks' rent, protected in a government-backed scheme. There are no admin or referencing fees for tenants.
