Sofia handles our homes over $1.5 million, many of them sold privately to buyers who never see an online listing. She arranges private viewings around the seller’s diary.

Daniel knows every new building on the water, which floors get the light and which leases to check twice. He sells most of our apartments and penthouses.

Emma opened the office on Harbour Street in 2008 after ten years with a national agency. She still values homes herself and has sold more than 600 of them in Port Ellery.
